I'll admit, I am very lost on this. I heard about Vagrant and am attempting to get something set up for testing to see how well it will work for my purposes. Running Windows 8.1 with the latest updates on two separate machines, one a laptop with VirtualBox and the other a desktop with Hyper-V. Downloaded and installed the proper install files, rebooted, etc. per documentation. Upon opening a command line window, be it administrator-elevated or not, and typing in any of the commands in said documentation (even just "vagrant" itself from anywhere including vagrant.exe from its bin directory) I simply get the message "Failed to find Vagrant!". Searches among all search providers yield literally nothing on that phrase. This occurs regardless of if I run this on either computer. Have I missed something to the setup or otherwise?
