Hi .vmdk is the file used as the disk(or part thereof) for the virtual machine. So you won't really be able to recreate it. I guess whatever data you had in there is lost. But you can recreate the vm - destroy the current one with 'vagrant destroy' and create a fresh one with 'vagrant up' Cheers, V.-
