Dear Tom,
I would be interested. Want to do a presentation one of the Vague
meetings in the fall?
Regards,
Flint

One of the best fronts to pursue in getting Ubuntu or any Linux distro
accepted in the schools is to get LDAP and Active directory working
correctly and in harmony.
I've gotten several Debian and Ubuntu systems to talk to Active Directory and
LDAP servers to authenticate system users. If anyone wants the instructions,
let me know and I'll forward them to you. I also have some PHP code that can
authenticate users with LDAP and Active Directory.
