break it off as co-ax into the building where they
demarc it in our switch room.  This is done via a
business grade modem (which I should have admin rights
on) and then goes into our router as Cat5.

It's one more failure point, which I am not happy
about, but considering the price, it works for the
accountant, therefore it works for me.
