boost::math::cyl_bessel_i( 2, 0.82995 ) is actually a function with arguments of type (int, float), which according to <boost/math/tools/promotion.hpp> will be forwarded to a function of type double(double, double). I tried it with
boost::math::cyl_bessel_i( 2.0f, 0.82995f ) and it didn't assert in valgrind.
