[JDK-8373202](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8373202) added the JDWP
ObjectReference.IsSameObject and ObjectRefence.ObjectHashCode commands along
with changes in JDI ObjectReference.equals() and ObjectReference.hashCode() to
use these new commands. This was needed to work around the possibility of a
value object that is referred to by the ObjectReference actually changing due
to it being under construction when first accessed. This is no longer the case
due to [JDK-8382704](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8382704), which
changes JVMTI to always return a snapshot of the "this" object in an object
constructor rather than return the actual object under construction.
