It's true that this is what the attribute does, which is a plus. But it also is less directional than NMs. (Am I claiming I am allowed in some nest or am I granting nest privileges to others? Can't tell from the name.) To me at least the plural "s" makes it clear who is in charge of the list of "grantees".
