One day I woke up one day to find a little extra cash sitting in a money market earning 1.5% a year. The next year it was earning 3%... wow - 3% a year. Like any business my only concern was to buy something that I could sell at a profit - and with enough of a profit margin so that my expenses (although small) were covered leaving me with a consistent and reliable income.
