Subject: Tunami relief to fund to help directly

Dear Friends,

Thank you for all your calls/emails about Sri Lanka- my family was in
Colombo and was relatively unharmed by the tsunami. However, as you
are aware, over 1 MM people in Sri Lanka alone will be affected by the
disaster.

A fellow fund manager and I have started a fund in order to start
directly contributing to the relief efforts and the fund can
currently accept on-line payments.

The fund was recently set up solely for the purpose of assisting in
the disaster relief efforts associated with the devastation from the
tsunamis that hit the Indian Ocean region on December 26, 2004. No
administrative or "handling" costs will be applied by Tsunami Relief,
Inc.

All of the money collected will be sent directly to the impacted areas
to pre-existing "grass roots" charities that have very low overhead
but tremendous outreach.

The fund was referenced in the Washington post today and yesterday as
one of the several qualified organizations accepting donations.
Specific information is located at the end of this email. Thank you
for your kind consideration and support.

Please pass along this email to everyone you know.

Thanks,

Rengan Rajaratnam
