Hello all,

I had been using varnishncsa -r for testing in Varnish 3 -- for a tool
whose output should be the same as varnishncsa in the default case --
and I'd like have it back for Varnish 4.

Obviously not widespread use case, but since the patch is a one-liner,
and everything else seems to work fine, I'd say that it does no harm.

Thanks,
Geoff
