i've tried yum update varnish on CentOS 5 but .... :(
Resolving Dependencies

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
Any solution ???
