I'm confused about thread_pool_max - the official documentation seems to suggest it is a per-thread pool setting, however I've seen a number of blogs and slide shares state that it is actually global setting (i.e. should be >= then thread_pool_min * thread_pools). If someone could clarify how this setting is used I'd appreciate it greatly!
