OK so i found out by retiring I am given the option.. but now I have found a
bug.
Reproduceable using Memoir 44.
Start a game
Join Axis
Open Axis hand window
move card to it
retire, join Allies
(Ideally the Axis hand window would auto close)
add a card to the axis hand window
(should be able to do this as you are now allies)
Open allies hand window
attempt to add card to this window
(can't add card to this window, as if the window is unaware that the side
change has occured.)
