The best method to try first is to open your Java Control Panel and click on 
the 'Delete Temporary Files' button. 

If that still fails, you can delete the cache files manually as per my earlier 
(i.e. last year) email

Please try cleaning your javaws cache. If you check the mailing list
archives, Brent Easton wrote a detailed mail on how to do this.
