Not entirely true. You can set up a deck to be like this, OR you can have an
EXPLICITY shuffled deck which maintains it's card order until you tell it to
shuffle. Important for games which allow you to look at the first X cards on
the top of the deck and them put them back in any order you like!
A hot-key to do the explicit shuffle is not an unreasonable request.
