Neil,
I believe this error message is based on the exact text of the name of the
module as typed into the Module component inside the module. It is not based on
the name of the .mod or .zip file.
Is there any chance that you may have changed the name of the module in the
Module component between version 5 and version 7? Perhaps it still had 'Unnamed
module' module before, or you made some slight spelling or word change?
