Vassal v2.8 has a Restrict Commands trait that can hide/disable one or
more items on a piece's right-click menu. In the RC trait's "Restrict
when properties match:" field, you'll need something like:
PlayerSide != Blue
which will hide/disable (your option) the listed commands when the side
is not equal to 'Blue'. hth.
