I probably did it in a different way than you would out of ignorance. I set
up the auto move on the pieces, under prototype Doors. I set up zones at
each door on the map, and have the moves set to auto-trigger when the piece
is within the correct zone, after pressing the proper move key (either 8 or
2 on the 10-key) To keep it all strait, I named the "zones", "send to
location", and "Trigger Action" with the room the zone is in, underscore,
the room it goes too.

Prototype Doors, in turn, is called in Prototype Char. I set up doors as it
s own prototype, rather than putting all that info in Char, because I'm not
sure if I will have to put the same set of commands under any of the
equipment, like weapons, for them to go with the character through the door,
so figured I'd take the long view with that so if it is necessary, it's a
simple addition.

Hi Jason,

I can't get it to work at all. The version on vassalening.org is 1.1, is
this the latest? I can't see any auto-move keys setup on the maps.

Brent.

Each door works for each piece, but only once... In other words, if the

And yes, just updated it on Vassalengine.org. VtM: Redmoon River

Thanks for taking the time to look into this.

Jason,

There should not be any trouble with going on to multiple doors. None of the

features you are using have any 'memory'. Have you turned the Map auto-move

key on for each map you are using? i.e. when you a door transports a unit,

it sends it to a new map. Is that new map generation auto-move key commands

as well?

Can you go through the same door twice?

Do all doors on all maps work once only?

Apart from this, I would need to have a quick look at your module. Do you

have it posted anywhere?

Cheers,

Brent.
