Hi!
Thanks for the answers. It's nice to get help so quick.
Brent, using Text Labels is a quick solution, here you are right. My 'problem'
was, that I use some dark and some light counters and I don't want to use
different fonts for different Pieces. So I designed the Numbers (0-9) as black
letters with a white border around. Besides it looks quite good. :)
Johan, I dove into the module, but I found nothing, that would enlighten me.
Sorry.
One solution, I tried, is using 5 (!!!) Text labels, where 4 Labels are white
and each one pixel aside in each direction of the fifth label, which has the
black color. It looks quite good, but it seems to me, that that is a - well -
unprofessional solution.
So, Joel, I wait for the advanced fonts :))
Then I tried the following:
I made a basic counter with nothing but the clored back.
I added he dynamic property with a numeric Value running from 0 to 9. Prompt
user Type. Name is 'Value'
Then I added a Layer with the 10 Levels, each a GIF with the grafical Numbers
from 0 to 9. I used 'always active' = on and the Increase with the key CTRL U
(for up) and the CTRL R (for Reset to level 1 (= Number 0)). The Down I blanked
away.
Then I added a Trigger Action. I used the property match 'Value = 0' and let it
perform the keystroke 'STRG R'
I added a second Trigger Action with the property match 'Value = 1' and let it
perform the keystroke 'STRG R' + 'Strg U'.
This I did for all 10 Levels with each one more 'Strg U' (phhh).
What I wanted was, that if I change the Property 'Value' then the Trigger
Action would act automaticly and cnagge the Level of the layer.
Unfortunally it didn't work.
Does anybody know, what went wrong?
Greetings,
Myra
