[vassalengine] Map Making

Although Im new to vassal. (2 days) I have just recenty tried to load 
an old already hexed map, and then superimposing another hex grid over 
the top, trying to save this as I go doesnt seem to want to save 
properly, and in fact get a error message.
I have Corell Draw and Paint the Map making lesson I found on the 
tutorials to be a bit fague especially at the begginning.
