[vassalengine] Downloading Modules

Occasionally, and I switched to Firefox from Safari to cure it, when I 
clicked on a module to download it, instead of getting the conventional 
module file I used to get the big folder full of stuff used to build 
the module. This keeps happening when I try to download the latest 
Panzerblitz module, even in Firefox. Any idea why? Is there anything I 
can do to get a clean download?
