I don't know if this answers your question, but what I did was create a
Vassal subfolder of my root drive, with additional subfolders for each
module. I then mapped the g:\vassal folder to y: and now all of my Vassal
stuff is in one drive (Y:).

Is there a way to place Vassal in its own folder instead of the user 
documents folder?
