Ability to send to a set Location via Location Name (previously saved as a
Global Property)

Specific Example - Map A has a battle/Melee in a Hex/square/area and to
execute it all the units need to be transferred to a Battle Map .. At the
end of the battle/melee the survivors they need to be returned to the MAP A
starting  location.
