Also give them another passive trigger to fire a send to location (outskirts) when the adjusting global property exceeds the predefined value of another global property that is set by players at game start. Same can be done for Gates Tim _____ From: [email protected] <mailto:vassalengine%40yahoogroups.com> [mailto:[email protected] <mailto:vassalengine%40yahoogroups.com> ] On Behalf Of David Neumann Sent: Thursday, June 28, 2007 3:05 PM To: [email protected] <mailto:vassalengine%40yahoogroups.com> Subject: [vassalengine] Counting pieces on a board Hi all, I'm making a module (still) that has limits to how many certain pieces can be on the board at any one time, and if more pieces than that level enter the board they need to be sent to a different location. Is there some way to 'count' these pieces (they're cards) as they leave the deck and are placed on the board? And someway to display this number to the players (such as creating a new board with a counter that increments/decrements as these pieces are placed/removed from the board)? The value changes depending on the number of players as well, so I would need to be able to change the upper limit based on the number of players. Any help?
