If your borders colors are on layers, DP's can control them too. Another method is to use trigger / GP / DP routines to pass off properties from one counter to another by trigger through the GP and collect the GP on the other counter in a DP via pickup trigger.

But, a *very* interesting note. I assume the dynamic property would store an RGB variable which is then used inside an HTML tag in the text label?
