A typical Php board, common everywhere.
While I don't mind forums, I don't really see its value here. What categories would you have? The more you have - the less used the board is (Ive seen many sparse boards due to category overkill) As it stands now there are 3 mailing lists for vassal, this group, devgroup and vaslmap group. Apart from those, there are several forums vassal already has a section for - CSW, StrategyZone, Matrix. Not to mention all the one off specific module sites, in game mail system etc..see a picture emerging? We already have a very decentralized system for finding Vassal information.
