Hi I am new to the VASSAL engine. I started the Shifting Sands Campaign game last night. However, upon loading, the "Rommel" card and counter and the "Siege of Malta" card and counter were on the map and not in their respective decks.
Why is this so?
And what should be done to put them back into their respective decks?
