The message that tells you you're operating an old version of vassal has a grammatical error.
"You are using version 3.0.12. Its recommended you upgrade to the latest version of the VASSAL engine." The "Its" should be "It's." Disclaimer: I'm not trying to be an elitist grammar snob, just being helpful to anyone who cares about such things.
