I'm hoping someone can help me with some problems we've been having with the Dawn Patrol module. Each of these is being experienced by a single player, which makes it difficult for other players to diagnose online.
1. A player cannot get the module to run on his computer. The only thing that seems exceptional about his computer is that he's the only one using Vista. Is there a known problem with using Java or Vassal on Vista? 2. A player is losing his connection whenever he hasn't performed an action for a few minutes. My suspicion is that this may have something to do with his internet connection settings, but this isn't one of my areas of expertise. 3. A player's computer is freezing when he synchronizes. This doesn't happen to him every time, but seems to happen more often than not, and frequently enough that it ruins the game for him. If any of these are known problems, or if you have any ideas as to possible solutions, I would greatly appreciate any advice you could give me.
