I posted the questions a few days ago but I've gotten no responce. I suppose if there is a multi-player game, each side would make their hidden die rolls off line and record them. I'm considering making die roll markers, to remain hidden, with restricted access, for Command Points and Operational Intelligence. When Operational Intelligence is revealed then the owning side would flip over the marker to reveal the die roll.
