The trick is to turn Autoredraw on and off (or is it off and on ?). This is one of the pages in the Help file - "Creating Persistent Graphics with AutoRedraw" Once you have worked out the sequence of when to turn on and when to turn off (yada, yada), you could post it here, to save me working it out again.
