  When the same form serves several functions or the user may desire
  several instances of it. In MS Word for example, every Word Document
  is another instance of the same form.

  Uses I've made include customer profiles. It's necessary sometimes
  to have to 'full' views of client information or other data. I also
  usually provide several query windows. The user can open up as many
  different search windows as they want. I want to make it as easy as
  possible to find the information the user needs, bookmarking queries
  is fine and dandy, but being able to access different bookmarks in
  different queries makes it much easier for the power users.
