Hi Dave, > I've not yet found a need to have a second instance > of a form. When is this usually done? When the same form serves several functions or the user may desire several instances of it. In MS Word for example, every Word Document is another instance of the same form. Uses I've made include customer profiles. It's necessary sometimes to have to 'full' views of client information or other data. I also usually provide several query windows. The user can open up as many different search windows as they want. I want to make it as easy as possible to find the information the user needs, bookmarking queries is fine and dandy, but being able to access different bookmarks in different queries makes it much easier for the power users.
