Only if you have registry or custom toolbar changes necessary for
your current installation. Doesn't sound like that's an issue,
thanks to your tech team. :)

The first thing I do when I install VB on a system is change my
toolbars, and I hate losing the changes (they can take a while to
do). I create a 'compile' button on the toolbar (with the arrow to
floppy button). I create a toolbar with buttons to create new
whatevers for each of the major vb file types (form, module,
class...). I also add buttons to the toolbar (near the center) for
'project properties' (property page), 'references' (books) and
'components' (the three circles - look kimda like gears). This way
the options I use most frequently are all right there and I don't
have to dig into the menus for them.
