     Ok so if I double them up then it won't cause problems in 
general when reading the file?  That's good to know.

     Yeah, for some projects that might be ok, but for others I can't 
tell a customer to change their file format.  I even suggested going 
to TAB delimited as a standard for some projects to avoid the 
hassles, but "the customer is always right."
