I know that VB-6 has a control called a "Page Control" with tabs 
where you can make different fields show up on different pages.  Have 
the shipping address (office or home) on a different "page" from the 
billing address (PO BOX) for example.  You didn't say whether you 
were using VB-6 or VB.NET, so I am just assuming that you are using 
the former.  Microsoft Access also has tab controls.  That may help 
solve your problem.
