YUCK. Do you have ANY idea how nuts it is to go burning 7500 cd's individually? At only 3 min each you're looking at doing absolutely nothing else (including sleeping) for a WEEK. That's just sick! Myself, I'd look at the process and see if you REALLY need those files to be 100% unique on each system or if you could create batches (west coast, east coast, central...) or regional groups. Then create a dozen different disks where a login or something else actually determines what section of the key file on the disk to use. Coded right you may only need a single disk. Then when Joey in Chicago calls and says he lost the disk you just ship him out a new one from your extra burns instead of go screwing around with finding the data he needed on his disk. Samantha in Flagstaff won't have a broken disk "just" because she had a single record that used a non-standard character in a client name or something - consistency makes these bugs less likely. Not to mention the expense difference between burning 7500 UNIQUE disks and simply sending one off to a duplicator who will generally have 10,000 disks burned for you in 2 days with labels and everything else taken care of. If what you're wanting it uniqueness then the duplication vendor will provide you with serial numbers for the disks he'll burn in advance and your software can check against that serial number range on the active CD within a check in the installation algorithm.
