I have vb6 enterprise installed I searched and found dbGrid32.ocx in the system32 folder I could not find the graph32.ocx. Is that a Microsoft ocx? If not then maybe you do need a license. The other ocx is a Microsoft product you don't need a license for that You can manually register the ocx.
