Hello everyone,
My name is Ahmad and am basically a Flash website developer. I need
some help in developing a vb application. Am currently working in a
Call Center and they want me to do it. I told them i don't know vb
but they have given me the task. Anyways our employees have a time
card and we get all the log in and log out details in our Payroll
System.
The log in and log out details are maintained in a DAT file.
The problem is that when a employee even goes on break or to
restroom. That entry is also coming in our payroll as log out time
and then log in again. We have to manually delete those entries and
leave only the first log in time and the last log out time.
I need a program with the source code in Visual Basic through which
i can open the dat file and process it in such a way that only the
first log in time and the last log in time searching the employee
ID. i have the dat file with me if any of you is interested in

Please dont foget that i only have 3 days for this and do write some
comments in the code so that i can understand whats going on.
