*Position: QA w/ FIX Protocol Location: Princeton Junction, NJ Duration: 6 Month Contract* *Rate: ALAP* * * The position is located in Princeton Junction, NJ with occasional work in NY office at downtown Manhattan. *CANDIDATE MUST HAVE FIX PROTOCOL** * The candidate will work on the datacenter migration project which requires full system configuration and testing. The candidate must be able to communicate clearly and work closely with other members in QA team. *Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Provide detailed test plans and test cases for the project. Perform integration, performance/capacity and regression testing, analysis and troubleshooting of high-profile financial applications deployed on Windows platform. Work closely with other members assigned to the migration project. *Minimum Qualification:* 5+ years of experience in financial software QA/testing. Experience with test automation tools is required. Knowledge of QTP is preferred. Equity financial industry experience is a requirement. Knowledge of Options, Futures and FX is preferred. *Proficient in FIX protocol 4.x.* Experience with Direct Market Access and Order Management System. Experience in Market Data is a plus. Exchange/ECN connectivity experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with MSSQL database and store procedures. Excellent oral and written technical communication skills. Self-motivated, dynamic, organized, and responsible, team player.
