Making DTV an available purchase option through consumer channels. *Job Description:* (What will the contractor do on that project?) Candidate is to ensure that the various Testing Projects are delivered on time with quality, within the authorized budget and established timeline. Candidate will also be required to do project planning, processes, and timeline/status to ensure that DTV projects are being delivered with quality, within budget and on schedule. Candidate will manage the Testing efforts that support the release of software updates and new project introductions in the AT&T suite of systems, with AT&T clients, and across various organizations in IT and AT&T subsidiaries. Candidate will contribute to the continuing development of the Test Coordination process. Verify/audit contents of releases. Identify release and flow-through testing issues (major and minor) and drive them to resolution. Organize milestones and coordinate testing with the Enterprise Testing Services team and application development teams. Candidate will also develop/Review Test Strategies, Test Plans, High Level Test cases, and Detail Level Test cases. Track action items, owners, and dates; identify dependencies; track and publish the contents of a release including major features, bug fixes, and enhancements for internal and external use. This assignment provides the candidate with the ability to work in a fast moving environment and understand the project issues.
