Role: Search Engine Specialist
Loc: San Antonio, TX
Duration: Until end of year - possible 2010
Inclusive Rate: $40.00 hr. C2C
Will start on Monday the 16th and
Project has end date of Dec. 31st and will be extended to 2010.
* Two of these resources will be working with click trail data from
usaa.com's internet traffic and voice response data tags. They will be
identifying pages or voice transactions that meet specific criteria,
characterizing them and assigning data attribute values based on general
guidelines that will be provided. They will also assist with development
and documentation for a related change control process and regression
process.
* Two of these resources will be identifying the appropriate contacts
and source for UI and batch processes. They will review them to determine,
based on criteria they will be provided, points at which we will perform
logging. They will document in matrices the requirements for the attribute
values for the logging messages. They will also assist with related
documentation.
Skills required:
* Excellent Analysis skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to come up to speed quickly
* Ability to work independently and apply judgment when given general
criteria and guidance
* Attention to detail
Preferred, but not required:
* Previous internet and awareness of click trail parameters or voice
response data tags
* Functional experience in financial services
