The software platform consists of Trade Capture platform, a Weblogic website and various Java based processes to manage executions and interfaces with various systems. Sybase is the main database used across all components. The role will include - Analyze, design, and implement complex Java-based server processes. - Write Stored Procedures and database queries. - Work on C++ components of the Trade Capture System. - Utilize bash and Perl scripting for reporting and feeding down stream systems. - Second-level support of the application during trading hours. Ideal candidate should have experience with Java based systems and should have strong database skills, preferably in Sybase. Proficiency in C or C++ is highly desirable.
