These individuals will work from program specifications or prototypes * Works under the direction of a team leader, senior technical person or analyst. (5+ years) - A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or equivalent work experience. - A minimum of five years of software development experience in large scale distributed environment. - Candidate must have detailed understanding of all aspects of SDLC and Object Oriented (OO) technologies, design practices, and implementation approaches. A proven track record is a must. - Able to think strategically and be innovative. - Experience with an APM(Application performance Management) tool like Wily is required. - Ability to review and analyze thread/heap dumps - Ability to identify bottlenecks in application infrastructure and development processes and come up with feasible solutions. - Ability to evaluate loadtest results and do a deep dive analysis to isolate/resolve the issue. - Provide easy to understand performance metrics to management. - Must be an advanced Linux/Unix user - Ability to review current usage of the *existing application infrastructure and provide feedback for any additional growth*. - Proven development experience in a large scale *J2EE-based system.* - Experience and knowledge of JSF, JSF lifecycle, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JavaScript, Ajax and Web Services is required. - Familiarity with the J2EE container internals and specifications.
