Hi, I have the below requirement with my Preferred Vendor. Please do let me know if you have any suitable candidates for the same. *Job Title : Oracle Exadata Database Architect* *Location : New Jersey* *Duration : 6 Months +* Job Description : · Architects and implements complex Oracle 11g and/or 12c RAC database in Oracle Exadata X4 or X 5 environment for high preforming and 24/7 available OLTP environment. · Works closely with application and system administration and vendors to coordinate activities, resolve development and maintenance issues, and perform application tuning · Establishes standards, policies, and procedures for database administration and architecture · Implements and maintains multiple database environments, including logical/physical design and modeling · Work with SMEs from the Systems and Applications Development areas on the technical analysis to support architecture and technical design of Oracle 11g and/or 12c RAC database in Exadata X5 · Set team architectural standards and policy for Oracle RDBMS. · Engage with application teams and help architect database models and best practices. · Proactively analyze database metrics and runtime telemetry, to resolve potential problems before they impact our customers. · Respond to database related alerts and escalations and working with database engineering to troubleshoot, and come up with strategic solutions to recurring problems. · Perform research to acquire new knowledge necessary to complete major projects and maintain the technological evolution of current, as well as future products. Qualifications • 7-10 years hands on data architect experience with Oracle on UNIX/LINUX platforms for OLTP applications • Highly skilled in data modeling techniques to drive data consolidation solutions required • Highly skilled in developing data architectures and standards required • Highly skilled in data management and data quality processes required • Expertise in OLTP and Decision Support concepts preferred • 5+ Years experience with Data Migration and Data Modeling Tools required • 3+ years experience with ETL and data integration technologies and tools required • Database Management certification preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred • Knowledge of Financial Systems preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills *Thanks & Regards,* Alex Rodriguez Talent Acquisition Manager Data Group Inc.
