Team doing it today are very tech but need writing support. *Release a new version of mobile and web app, have certain number of new features, defects, etc. Update the user manual with new features for users *Help manage all of the documentation in doc manage system. Helping program mgrs, BA's to put docs through approval process, etc. just make sure the docs in the right place *Matrix one - enable tool, if they have ever used - big plus. Experience with doc management tools *Personality - need a go getter, track people down, be a pest, used to a fast paced environment.
