*Job Role: Sterling Systems Analyst - OMS 6+ Months Contract Nashville, TN*

This position is responsible for analyzing and defining Enterprise Order
Management, fulfillment, and Call Center systems, processes and user needs.
This requires strong knowledge in IBM Sterling Order Management modules
such as Platform, DOM, Supply Collaboration, GIV, Catalog Management and
Reverse Logistics.   .


*II. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities*
* Defines, analyzes, and evaluates existing business functions and
processes and makes recommendations to management on opportunities for
process improvements.
* Meets with business partners, project managers, and vendor partners to
determine project scope and vision, set system goals, identify and resolve
system issues, and lead prioritization of build items.   Communicates
changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders so that issues and
solutions are understood.
* Leads design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of
enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow;
documents risks and identifies mitigation strategies.
* Translates conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a
clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team. This
includes creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to
provide direction to the team.

*Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience)*
* 3 to 6+ years in Sterling Order Management Experience required.
* Experience in Retail is preferred.
* Experience with software devopment lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.
* Strong Communication is a must
* Will lead daily sprint meetings in regards to sterling
* Good driving force and assertive personality

*Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Training/Systems*
* Strong knowledge and technical acumen in supporting IBM Sterling Order
Management's modules such as Platform, DOM, Supply Collaboration, GIV,
Catalog Management and Reverse Logistics.
* Strong knowledge of the IBM Order Management System (IBM Selling and
Fulfillment Suite of Applications 9.1 & above) and the Call Center is
preferred.
* Strong skills implementing the IBM Selling and Fulfillment Suite
including system architecture design, application functionality and design,
development, testing, and deployment.
* Strong knowledge of Java concepts such as Core Java, J2EE, RCP, Spring,
Struts and mark up languages(XML, XSL,HTML).
* Strong knowledge of WebSphere and/or Weblogic application servers. *
Strong knowledge of integration technologies such as TIBCO, MQ Series,
JMS,and WMB.
* Strong skills writing complex queries using Oracle and SQL.
* Strong ability to define the technical design for solution hardware and
software, hardware and software configurations, product extensions,
interfaces, etc.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Strong ability to work independently, work in a fast paced environment,
and manage workload prioritization to deliver high quality work products on
time with minimal direction.
* Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and
to work with a distributed team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to use proven
problem-solving approaches to most solutions.
