Please find below mentioned *job description* and revert back with the *updated resume* to [email protected] Need Visa & Passport Copy or Number Position: DevOps Engineer with Apigee Location: Dallas, TX Duration: Long Term Contract *Job description:* - This role is required to design and implement CI/CD solutions for a Apigee customer. - Candidates should have experience in Apigee API development/testing and should have strong experience with designing and implementing CI/CD DevOps solutions for Apigee clients. - We can provide quick training for strong DevOps candidates with Java Programming skills, if there are any skill gaps – for example, we can train right candidate on Apigee Platform, some of the CI/CD concepts that are missing. - Also, client team will also mentor the candidate on client specific technologies and methodology for couple of weeks after confirmation of the candidate. *Note: *Design and CI/CD implementation experience with APIs. And at least one year real-time experience with Apigee. *Skills Required:* - Linux and Shell scripting - Apigee API development - Apigee CI/CD - Jenkins - Config Mgmt (directly calling Apigee Management API or using tools like maven-config-plugin) - Deployment (directly calling Apigee Management API or using tools like maven-deploy-plugin, apigeetool, etc) - Branching strategies - Git or other repo - Automate release management process (CI/CD) *Good to have Skills:* - Understanding and integration experience of following dev and test tools with CI/CD pipelines - Static Code Analysis (JSLint, CheckStyle, etc) - Unit Test (Mocha/Sinon for JS, JUnit for Java, Apigeelint for Apigee) - Code coverage (Istanbul for JS, Cobertura for Java) - Functional test (Cucumber / apickli) - Experience with Middleware stack (E.g.
