Position: Sr. DevOps Engineer Location: San Francisco, CA / Santa Clara, CA Duration: 12 Months *Brief Description:* We are looking for a Sr. DevOps Engineer with a minimum 6 years of experience in DevOps, mainly on CI/CD in a large scale Jenkins environment.Overall, candidate should be really experienced and passionate about CI and CD,and enjoy developing solutions around it. *Must have skills:* - Experience with the architectural and Production aspects for building and managing highly automated , secure, highly available multi-tier solutions using a wide array of CI/CD products - Hands-on Jenkins Pipeline as code implementation experience leveraging Groovy DSL - Familiar with CI and CD pipelines, Promotion strategies between environments - Experience in GIT, Artifactory, uDeploy, BlackDuck, PCF, TFS, Sonar - Experience in build tools (Ant, Maven, Gradle, etc.) - Understanding of agile development processes and how organizations adopt and implement those processes - Good experience with Linux and debugging - Proficiency with scripting languages (Shell , Python ) - Strong organizational, communication skills and detail oriented *Nice to have skills:* - Infrastructure Provisioning Experience – Ansible, Terraform , packer - Experience in implementing monitoring and logging solutions for different technology stacks - Experience in at least one of the following Configuration Management tools: Chef, Puppet, Ansible etc. - At least two years of software development background (Java preferred) - Knowledge on performance tuning in AWS cloud to reach the required TPS - Direct experience with application servers and development frameworks - Knowledge of TDD , unit testing and integration testing for infrastructure *Qualifications:* - Minimum 6 years experience in Devops.
