*IAM Job Description – *

*implementation background* *OR*  one from Production support background.
For implementation we need Salepoint knowledge and experience and for
Production support we need CA Site Minder knowledge and experience.

·         The person needs to have deep Identity Management knowledge
(Sailpoint) and understand customer integration scenarios.

·         The person needs to have deep understanding of CA Identity
Manager.

·         The person should have experience on Migration of IDM from one
product to another.

·         Operation experience on supporting CA IDM .

·         Draw high-level architecture diagrams and provide supporting
documentation where necessary for operational teams

·         Must be familiar with Active Directory and LDAP directories
including best practice to setup for public and private access and identity
attributes.

·         Familiarity and learn how to implement Two Factor Authentication
and Authorization standards.

·         Experience with networking and be able to work with operations
and support security audits and implementation.

·         Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

·         Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

·         Mobile expertise a plus

·         Expertise with Planning, Development and Implementation skills.
Must have implemented one of the IAM product.

·         Work with identity lead to support operational and day to day CA
Identity manager and Sailpoint activities, client integration and operation
care and feeding.

·         Lead client integration efforts.

·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills (written and
verbal) to interact with various levels of client representatives regarding
Identity and Access Management integrations.

·         Address technical concerns/questions from the customer on
security and configuration areas related to Sailpoint

·         Ability to work independently and in a highly integrated and
dynamic team environment

·         Create, review and validate client discovery documentation.

·         Collaborates with client technical teams in preparation for
onboarding.

·         Help create and execute the onboarding process.

·         Ability to identify and analyze problems

·         Must be willing to proactively learn and self-motivated.

·         Excellent problem solving / troubleshooting skills.

·         Excellent knowledge and hands on experience with ITIL tool SNOW /
Remedy etc.

·         Perform root cause analysis for the critical incidents

·         Excellent knowledge of monitoring tool and event management system

Must understand Identity and Access Management concepts and standards
including but not limited to SAML, LDAPS, OAuth, OpenID Connect,
WS-Federation, Digest, Kerberos, REST and be able to document these within
the context of client engagement processes.

Understand IDaaS model.



*Minimum Qualifications*

·         Candidates will be evaluated based on their ability to perform
the duties listed above while demonstrating the skills and competencies
necessary to be highly-effective in the role. These skills and competencies
include:

·         Bachelor of Science, engineering, Computers, Information
Security, or a related field

·         [7+/10+] years of experience in information security, especially
in a security engineering or identity and access management role

·         5-7 years’ experience in multiple information security domains
including Microsoft Active Directory Security, Security Assertion Markup
Language (SAML), Single Sign-On technologies, authentication technologies
and techniques, etc.

·         5-7 years’ experience in Identity and Access Management domain
knowledge, Implementation and Production support

·         Possess experience and/or working knowledge in Identity Lifecycle
Management, Application Onboarding, Lifecycle Manager and Workflows, Access
Certification, Auditing and Reporting in Sailpoint IIQ or any other
comparable IAM product is a plus

·         A fast learner, with a can-do attitude and an ability to get
things done

·         Strong domain knowledge in network security, application
security, database security and Linux/Unix security

·         Proficiency with at least one scripting language (e.g.: Perl,
Python, PowerShell)

·         Familiarity with secure coding practices

·         An understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering
high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business

·         Ability to think out of box and proven ability to develop
innovative, creative solution in challenging circumstances

·         Strong decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to
weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the
most appropriate one

·         An ability to effectively influence others to modify their
opinions, plans, or behaviors

·         Collaboratively work with architects, engineers and vendors to
realize program goals
