The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technologies. *Technical Skills:* - Advance knowledge in following areas / tools is mandatory. - Server Operating systems including its roles and features. - Win2K8 – Win2K12 R2 - Server Hardware - DELL, HP & IBM servers (Tower, Rack and Blade servers) - Virtualization technologies [ optional ] - Microsoft Hyper-V, vMware vSphere with Operations Management - BigFix - HP Management tools such as HPOM, HPSA, etc. - Powershell v3-v5, Microsoft System Center suite - Patch Management tools: BigFix etc. - Server monitoring tools: BMC Patrol, NetiQ, SolarWinds, Nagios etc. - Backup tools: NetBackup, - Advance knowledge in developing LLD & POC for a given project requirement. - Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs - Advance knowledge of Server hardware & operating systems. - Good understanding of Storage, Backup & Networking Concepts. - Need to be able to manage high severity incident & critical \ complex change tickets. - Innovation for man hour reduction.
